Vito is a litigation attorney with Holland & Knight LLP. He specializes in intellectual property and e-commerce. He is a
member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the Cyberspace Law Committee of the California State Bar
Association and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Gerold W. Libby
Gerry is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight LLP.   His practice includes international joint ventures and international   transactions .   A significant portion of his practice involves the representation of foreign clients, chiefly from Asia, Canada and Europe.   Mr. Libby is a recognized leader of the international bar, having served as Chair of the American Bar Association Section of International Law and Practice and as the representative of the United States on the Council of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.

Linnea Bernard McCord, J.D.
Linnea is Associate Professor of Business Law at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School. Prior to her position as a professor with Pepperdine, she was the General Counsel of Concord Development; Flopetrol-Johnston Schlumberger; Schlumberger Well Services; and Liddell, Sapp, Zivley, Brown & LaBoon. Linnea has also been a Reviewer with, Journal of the Pacific Southwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business and the Editor, Employment and Labor Law Quarterly.

Scott Marquez
As a Business Development Manager for the Patent & License Exchange, Mr. Marquez has been instrumental in the
training and operations issues associated with the company's recent joint venture in Japan. He has 11 years experience in the biomedical industry, in sales, marketing and business development roles. Mr. Marquez has a BS in Psychobiology from UCLA and is completing an MBA at The Anderson School at UCLA

Glen Michel
Partner, Consulting Services, Access International Mr. Michel is a Partner with Access International ("Access") located in the Los Angeles office. Access was established to help companies in the IT industry increase their international revenue, profit and presence. With an extensive global network of successful and established in-country local offices, Access can place a product into a local market quickly and cost effectively. Access' core competencies focus on international sales, marketing, localization and in-country operations services.

Lee Milligan
Lee is the COO and CFO of NovaLogic, a Calabasas-based developer and publisher of best-selling CD-ROM games, such as F-22 Lightning II®, Comanche® and Delta Force®.   Mr. Milligan was heavily involved in the opening six years ago of NovaLogic's European headquarters in London. NovaLogic Limited was formed to manage distribution, sales and marketing for the company throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.

Mark S. Shipow
Mr. Shipow is a partner in the Litigation Department of the Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight LLP. In addition to general commercial disputes, a significant portion of Mr. Shipow's practice has included litigation, arbitration and mediation of intellectual property matters involving trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, copyrights and patents. Mr. Shipow  has significant experience representing international clients in US litigation.

Michael Yanez
Mr. Yanez is VP of Sales & Marketing for Ulead Systems North & South America. Michael has been in the hi-tech industry for 10 years. He has held various Sales and Marketing positions in distribution and for ISVs. Ulead NA currently sells imaging and video software through retail, OEM bundles and the Internet in the US and Canada. In 2001, they plan on expanding into South America. Ulead is a Taiwanese company, with offices in Europe, Japan and Beijing.
