Program Guidelines

You must be a Software Council sponsor or member in good standing in order to extend an offer. Click Here for information on becoming a member.

The Special Offers consist of products and services offered at a discount or at standard price with "extras" included. Please be sure to include in your description of the offer what makes it "special".

The products and services must be business oriented. Book-keeping services and software packages qualify; massages do not.

The company making the offer will have responsibility for administering the offer.

The SCSC reserves the right to refuse a specific "special offer" for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriateness for the SCSC target market.

The Software Council does not, at this time, charge participants extending offers. It reserves the right to begin charging for participation in the future.

The SCSC reserves the right to modify certain requirement for SCSC sponsors, and it reserves the right to modify the program at any time.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The SCSC will promote the Special Offers by:

• Posting a listing and brief description on a "Special Offers" page on the SCSC website. The listing will include a link to a special page on the Offerer's web site that includes a more detailed description of the offer.
  
  
• At its discretion, including a listing in email blasts that the SCSC routinely sends to its community. The SCSC, at its sole discretion, may or may not send special emails for the purpose of promoting the program and individual offers.
  
  
• At its sole discretion, the SCSC may provide table space at events for purposes of displaying "special offer" materials.
  
  
• Including Special Offers in the SCSC new member kit

The SCSC does not endorse the special offers and will not necessarily promote individual offers within the program to the exclusion of others.
