Welcome to the Software Council Resource Center. The Resource Center contains links to white papers, articles, presentations, other web sites and other materials that are non-commercial in nature and that may be of interest to members of the software community.

While the Software Council reviews and screens material submitted for posting, it takes material "as is" and makes no claim as to the accuracy of the information. It also stipulates that the organization making the submission is legally entitled to the work and to allow its distribution. However, we make no guarantees regarding the copyright status of the material.

We encourage submissions that follow the guidelines. The Software Council reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

We will periodically remove stale material, and will remove material immediately if it is deemed to be inaccurate or misleading.
