The Software
Council of Southern California presents an exclusive panel of
CEOs who will share the key issues they face as we head into
2006. Come to this event to find out how these CEOs are growing
their companies, overcoming obstacles, acquiring financing,
learning to be better leaders, and developing their people.
The panel will be moderated by Jennifer Beever, a marketing
consultant with over 20 years experience in sales and marketing
in the software industry.

About
the Panel
Keri
Dewitt
As the President/CEO of Teresis Media, Keri DeWitt has been
instrumental in creating, designing and developing award winning
high technology concepts, products and software solutions for
some of the largest corporate technology providers in the world.
Keri was the principle architect for the North American Intranet
for EMI Music Distribution. She also designed and developed
the corporate intranet for Toshiba America Electronics Corp.
where she was nominated for the Lotus Beacon Award. As Director
with NetObjects, Inc., Keri successfully launched the consulting
division within the newly formed Professional Services organization.
Prior to founding Teresis Media, Keri was a Senior Product Manager
with the International Division of VeriSign, Inc. where she
was responsible for researching, developing and delivering the
requirements for PKI encryption for the European Union and Asian
countries making her products accessible in over half dozen
languages and 40 different countries, generating $100 million
in revenue. In addition she developed VeriSign's global smart
card strategy and designed the Disaster Recovery Service for
the VeriSign's International Affiliates.
Al Eisaian
Prior to co-founding Integrien, Al was SVP & GM at LowerMyBills
where he led business strategy and the growth of the company
from startup to profitability in 16 months (LowerMyBills was
subsequently purchased by Experian for $380 million). Before
joining LowerMyBills, Al was an associate partner at USWeb/CKS,
and director of business development at LaunchPad. At USWeb/CKS
Al coordinated strategic partnerships and was Engagement Lead
for Toshiba, Ingram Micro, and iGeneration among others. At
Launchpad, Al was part of the start-up team for eWallet, which
was later sold to Infogate. Al was a business unit manager with
full P&L responsibility for a $58 Million dollar division
for NMB Technologies, where he grew sales from $15 million to
$58 million in 3 years. Al earned an M.B.A. from Pepperdine
University and a BSEE from Oklahoma State University.
Ellyn
Luros-Elson, R.D.
Ellyn Luros-Elson founded Computrition in 1980 and currently
serves as Chairman/CEO of the Chatsworth company. Computrition,
Inc. is the leading provider of fully integrated foodservice
and nutrition care management software systems. With over twenty
years in the hospitality and healthcare industries, Computrition
has over 4,000 customers throughout the United States and Canada.
Computrition's software systems are designed to increase efficiency
and productivity in the foodservice and/or nutrition services
operation, by providing menu management, inventory control,
nutrition office management, HACCP guidelines, nutrient analysis
and more. Ellyn Luros-Elson is an active member in several associations,
including the American and California Dietetic Associations.
She serves on the board of several institutions, including the
University of Alabama, where she received her Bachelor of Science
in Food and Nutrition. She is the 2005 recipient of the International
Foodservice Executives Association (IFSEA) "Food Service
Industry Award of Excellence," for her significant contributions
as an industry leader -- embodying core organizational values
such as passion for education, community service, and commitment
to the success of the foodservice and hospitality industries.
Bruce
Lewolt Founder and CEO of BrainX
Bruce
Lewolt is a proponent of lifelong learning and has devoted his
career to helping people reach their full learning potential.
His unique understanding of both the neurobiology of learning
and software design, have allowed him to develop award winning
education software products. Mr. Lewolt's latest project is
the new web based BrainX Learning Mastery system. The BrainX
system incorporates the latest research on the neurobiology
of mastery and produces a dramatic increase in both long term
retention and productivity. Bruce graduated from Westmont College
and is currently earning a doctorate in education. Mr. Lewolt
is an author and speaker on practical ways to use expert learning
strategies to accelerate learning and build effective learning
organizations.
Moderator
Jennifer Beever, CMC
Jennifer Beever became a Marketing Consultant in 1997 after
14 years in sales and marketing in the software industry. She
started her career in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
software industry with Marcam Corporation on the East Coast,
selling software to manufacturers throughout the United States.
She also worked for System Software Associates, an ERP vendor
in Chicago. After completing her MBA from Pepperdine in 1990,
she spent six years as a product manager, programming manager,
and director of marketing at a privately held software company
in Woodland Hills.
As founder
of New Incite Marketing Analysis and Design, Jennifer and her
team of marketing professionals work with growing businesses
to analyze their current marketing situations, plan new marketing
programs, execute marketing and set up results-tracking systems
to measure marketing return on investment.
Jennifer
is a member of the Software Council of Southern California,
Professionals Network Group (PNG), Pepperdine Management Partners,
the Institute of Management Consultants (Past Presidet and Certified
Management Consultant), and the Association for Strategic Planning
(Past President). She received her B.A. from Colby College in
Maine.
