When you have a big change management challenge on your hands, how do you plan for it? Should you build in more time for training, for example, or should you expect the implement to take longer because it's harder to convince people of the merits of the new system?

Glen Day – Chief Information Privacy Officer for the County of Los Angeles. Mr. Day has years of experience in the high-tech market in the private and public sector. Currently he is working very close with the healthcare industry with regards to the HIPPA mandate and serves on the Board of Advisors for several companies.

George Uraguchi – High Tech Consultant. Mr Uraguchi has several years experience in the technology arena were as a consultant his current position allows him to be a change catalyst to his clients.
