Steve
Cleland - Partner-in-Charge, Audit & Accounting Services

Steve provides BBLC with a strong background in assurance services
(audit, review and compilation) assisting clients with selection
of appropriate policies that are consistent with shareholder
goals and presentation of the results to users including shareholders,
banks, prospective investors and regulatory agencies. In addition,
Steve brings a great deal of experience in auditing Employee
Benefit Plans. Steve also provides financial and management
consulting services to companies and firms in various industries
such as partner compensation, profitability enhancement, retirement
planning, fraud prevention, new company start-up consulting,
turnaround consulting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, firm retreats
and operational reviews.
Stephen
Gorgey - Founder of Target Logics
Stephen has
over nine years of experience working in the Internet Marketing
industry and has brought together a team of talented Internet
marketing consultants. Stephen also gives seminars and speeches
at National Internet Marketing Conventions and publishes reports
and articles on the subject of Internet Marketing. Stephen graduated
in 1995 from USC's Marshall School of Business with an emphasis
on Entrepreneurial Studies.
Anthony
Jacobson - CEO at TMIEC
At TMIEC Anthony serves as chief executive officer and executive
producer to all film and interactive projects. His current projects
include "American McGee presents: Scrapland," "Bad
Day LA" and several unannounced titles. He is the former
Director of Business Development at Creative Planet, a company
that creates software and database products for the movie industry.
There, Anthony was responsible for the strategic planning and
development of film and television products. Anthony joined
Creative Planet after successfully incubating and selling Goodstory.com
to Creative Planet. As President of Goodstory.com, Anthony was
responsible for all aspects of product and business development,
marketing, sales, and public relations. Prior to co-founding
Goodstory.com in partnership with KPE, Anthony worked in the
Motion Picture Department of the William Morris Agency. Previously,
Anthony was with Sony Pictures Classics where he held positions
in both the distribution and acquisitions departments.
Most recently, Anthony was the chief executive officer of Carbon6
where he had similar responsibilities as he does at TMIEC. At
Carbon6, Anthony associate produced "Spy Kids: Challenger"
for the GBA and serves as executive producer on" American
McGee's Oz," which is a video game, toy line, full length
novel, paper RPG, and soon to be a film.

Nicholas
Seet - Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Auditude
Auditude a provider of real-time media and advertising verification
information. He has worked for Deloitte Consulting's Orange
County practice focusing on middleware. Subsequent to that in
1999, he founded SIVI, a Los Angeles Internet incubator and
acquired TigerIT, a software development firm in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Nicholas graduated Harvey Mudd College (Claremont, CA), with
a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts
in Economics, and received his MBA at Anderson/UCLA majoring
in entrepreneurship and finance.
Scott
Alderton - Founder and partner of Stubbs Alderton & Markiles
Scott is a corporate and technology lawyer who focuses exclusively
on advising middle-market, technology, emerging growth, and
development stage companies in the areas of corporate and securities,
mergers and acquisitions, high technology, business, licensing,
intellectual property, the Internet and multimedia. He has over
20 years of experience working with technology and emerging
growth companies at all stages along their evolutionary path.
Scott has particular expertise in software and other technology
licensing; technology transfer, distribution and marketing agreements;
capital formation, venture capital and financing transactions;
mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; commercial contracts;
executive employment agreements; protection of copyrights, trademarks,
domain names and trade secrets; electronic commerce; and the
development, acquisition and clearance of rights in intellectual
property (particularly with respect to information technology,
the Internet and new media products).
MODERATOR:
Barbara Lewis is President of MarQuant Analytics, which
she and her two partners founded in 2002. MarQuant consults
with firms on identifying and capturing data to enhance marketing
productivity. Through analytical tools developed by her firm,
companies can optimize their marketing budgets between acquisition
and retention; across products, segments and regions; among
business lines and across media for optimal media mix. Her clients
include Microsoft, Wachovia Bank, Amgen, OgilvyOne Worldwide
and Allstate, among others. She has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson
School of Management. Barbara has founded seven companies, which
she has sold, folded and/or held, all of which she's done while
