Bootcamp
IMPLEMENTING ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE THE RIGHT WAY

Implementing enterprise software is where the rubber meets the road. You spent who knows how much energy selling your system, and the last thing you need is to botch the implementation which in the worst case traps you into a contract that never ends. Too many things depend on doing it
right - how fast you get to recognize revenue, how profitable the account will be, how many good referrals the customer will give you.

This intensive bootcamp:

>> Dissects how the pro's do it successfully and profitably. We cover the main bases - how to set and manage customers' expectations, how to integrate pre-sales promises with post-sales reality, how to manage the project efficiently, and so forth.

>> Is primarily targeted at vendors of packaged enterprise and application software, custom programming shops, and IT consultants.

>>Consists of two parts. The first part presents the views of customers and developers of enterprise software. The second part presents the views of IT consultants and vendors of software packages that are used to manage the process of implementing software.

All panelists and moderators have been-there-done-that experience and will present their views in an entertaining, informative and highly-interactive format where your active participation is the key to success.

Moderator: Eric Klein, Partner, Shaw Pittman LLP
